Eastlake Village Apartments and Storage

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is well-maintained, quiet, and in a very convenient location. One of the best features is the availability of on-site storage units, which makes it easy to store extra items without hassle. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live!

I wished I had done more research on this place before I moved in. There is mold throughout the apartment. I had a water leak in the pipes off the hor water tank and mold was all over the floor was wall. They fixed the water leak then spray painted the wall white so you couldn't see the mold anymore. Every time I done laundry you could still smell the musty smell In August I left on vacation. While I was got they texted me they would be going in to spray. I came home 2 days later to find the keys still in my door and unlocked. My AC went out at the end of August and they couldn't figure it out. They put a window unit in the bedroom and it was better part of 2 weeks before they figure out it was the relay switch. Every time they go in to spray, they leave lights on and move furniture aroun

Great apartment community in South OKC! The property manager Briggette does a great job staying on top of everything and keeps the community running smoothly!

I have lived here for a year now have experienced 3 different managers this last team has made an amazing difference. They are friendly, professional, extremely helpful in solving any issues that is in their power to do so. The maintenance team is now made up of top experience and qualified personnel that really care about the tenants comfort. All I can say is thank you Eastlake village team for such excellent and professional work.
