I'm about to move in and I'm soooo scared whats the truth, if my car won't get towed. Because of all the different truths I have been given. I signed a month or two early. Move in date next week. The girl who signed me TOLD me yes you can have two vehicles. As the days went on. Closer to move in I finalized electric. Then attempted to register my vehicles. My unit was NOT in the system. Tyler told me as he grabbed my phone to see if I was in the system after I already showed im not....."oh I'll put you in the system Monday. Call me. I message him trying to be polite he ignores me tells me to talk to other people in the office. I message two more times he tells me to talk to someone else... Israel is a great, great fit for our community. He was kind and respectful, he explained everything so well and made sure that I understood everything he is our friend and we need people like him working for us. Because of Israel I’ll definitely tell others about the community I live in.

Under new management/owners approximately Aug. 2025, once again, which changes about every 2 years. This company has started cleaning house around here, which is what the previous 7-8 management teams have done, but rapidly fades into the next property sale. So far things are getting better, but star rating to be determined at a later date. We'll see if/when I get a replacement door blind.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions and management. The apartment has a serious roach and rat infestation, and nothing has been done to fix it despite multiple complaints. When it rains, the ceiling leaks, and maintenance never properly repairs it. I reached out to the office about these issues, and they gave me an email to contact someone about it — I sent the email six months ago and never got a single response. On top of that, the security cameras don’t even work, and my car was broken into by homeless people on the property. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here until they start taking care of their residents and property. update: Less than a week later, another one was caught.

This place has changed ownership three times in 2022. That should tell you something about the state of these apartments. Poorly managed, trash everywhere, loud aggressive neighbors and apartments are infested with bugs. We have practically begged for Orkin to come back but after the latest handover of ownership we haven’t had pest control for three months. (By the way pest control IS PART OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND IS PART OF THE RENT FEES!!) Office staff are dismissive with zero follow through. Pools are only for show and not once opened in the year I have spent here. I made the mistake of moving here from Baltimore sight unseen - do not make the same mistake I did.
