Eastgate Village Apartments

It is full of black mold and I were done wrong not getting my deposit back and I have videos of the black mold and damaged of both of the apartments that were damaged I had to live in misery because they simply would not fix anything and I had more than one person clean the apartment on Oct 30th 2024 and they all will vouch for that. I have more videos. showing water coming up from under the floor from ac unit. If needed I do have witnesses. JEHOVAH GOD is a GOD of justice and peace they will pay and not get away from false accusations. All those who did not do the right thing will reap what they sowed.

Two years later still no change. It's 2025 and the neighbors drove a white man out and busted 3 windows. Won't stay from by my door or neighbors. Management should care. You get money but I know you tired of losing money. Rules should be made and enforced and maybe in time your investment would probably double. Are you judging us by how we look or what we can afford? Or maybe some of us is cheap. Regardless the residents need your help as far as order and I will forever be grateful for the help you gave us already. Please help the neighborhood become more safer

Complaints: They’ve done a ton of construction on a lot of things; except the pool (they used it a dumpster then covered it with dirt) & laundry room which would be a huge help to everyone who lives here saving us time, money, & the hassle of making our way to a laundromat with our bags of laundry. The apartments are adequate, bare minimum. If you’re any more than 3 days late on your rent, you get a Notice to Vacate put on your door, & soon after if you haven’t paid, an eviction suit in court. So be careful.

Was a pretty decent place too live until a few months ago. Ran and managed horribly. Switch’s ownership every few months. I was promised a new apartment due too my apartment growing black mold and sewage draining into my apartment making my bathroom and living area uninhabitable and it took them over 2 months too accommodate such but continuously adding new tenants to the point I had too actually decide to move. Pool is never operable. Laundry Room only available when who ever has the key decides too unlock it. And the property manager is rarely in the office during buisness hours regardless if the sign says Open or Closed. Definitely save your self the head ache your better off living under Interstate 195

Myself and wife have been been tenants four years and thank the Lord now for having new owners that have already not only gotten so much done but we have a great vibe and are enjoying seeing their progress. Thank you. Laundry is at 8 a.m to 8 p.m. and is 7 days a week. Brand new patience, patience.
