Eastgate

This is just a continuation of my first comment on Eastgate Creekside unfortunately it's been 25 months now not 17 but 25 months now and I have not even gotten my blinds fixed. I had the people say they're going to come and meet me on certain dates three times and I have the emails from them and no one ever showed up and still can't even open my blinds, but I pay my rent on time for the last 7 years and don't complain about them raising it $100 every year but it will be what it will be

I went to apply at esstgate but found out that I was overincome. The manager was so nice she recommended other properties in the area and out of the area. She gave us names, numbers, and addresses. She was very helpful. A lot of people don't want to give information. But she was VERY helpful!

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding the lack of response and action concerning the return of my security deposit for the unit I vacated at the east gate Creekside ,San Marcos location.

The process and wait period to get one of these places is an emotional roller coaster. Apartments are nice, I have a few complaints about my place, but nothing I can do about them now and after what i went through to get in here i wont bother to complain. im just happy im not homeless. Lol. Management is nice though.

Agreed the application process is a nightmare and don’t bother emailing - they don’t answer MULTIPLE emails sent . If they don’t care about potential applicants I can see how this will transfer once an applicant lives there. Don’t bother this community ownership obviously doesn’t care
