Eastgate Apartments

I give a 4.5 star. I absolutely love living here. I have all new appliances, the place is very quiet, private and serene. Good parking. Very spacious with plenty of close spaces, beautiful hardwood floors, courteous neighbors. I am only moving because of recent marriage and transitioning to my husband's home. Maintenance responds promptly, the grounds are kept nice, pool is good and a nice park directly across the street. I love Eastgate and am grateful they gave me the opportunity to call this home🩷

I have lived here for a year and a half. I had only one major problem with leasing and management but with maintenance, Whenever I called maintenance, they would get back to me as soon as possible. They always fix any problems that I always had. The only main concern I had was moving out. I gave them well in advance notice of my vacancy. when I first moved in the leasing agent, advise me pets are allowed with no additional fee, and after one year, I will be in the Month to month basis. That was all a lie. They started harassing me and sending me notices that I owe him back rent and breaking contract fee. when they took my security deposit. And then they started telling me that I owe pet fees. When this was never in writing or discussed with me. I wish the leasing agent told me all this,

The apartments are nice but the pool never opens on time so they should have cheaper rent. When it's hot outside tenants don't want excuses. And maintenance is a whole other story, they are slow and you're lucky if they address your concerns. I know a tenant who has bees flying into her apartment through her bedroom window and they haven't done anything about the nest. It's a mess

It is alright but I have a couple of problems. 1. The apartments have dust in the corners. 2. Some things were broken when we moved in. 3. Sometimes I have to go to another apartment complex to park because there are no spots left. It is still quite spacious and I think if they had more time the apartment would have been cleaner. They have a pool as well.

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star honestly. Maintenance team is lazy and nothing is ever fixed. Do not move here! The pool is never open in time. All the appliances are old and don't get replaced just constantly repaired my A/C unit I have been told by the repairman has a leak and it just gets refilled with refrigerant every time I complain he says they wont replace the unit. Every summer there are constant issues with ants and bees. The laundry rooms are located in the basements that are filthy and constantly flood when it rains.
