I lived here for a year and although there were minor issues with the apartment, my overall living experience was amazing! Leasing office employees were always so helpful. Maintenance literally comes the same day or next morning. Only real issue I had was it being a little warm in the living room during the summer. I never purchased an A/C unit for the living room (I was being cheap lol). I recommend purchasing your own A/C unit for the living room. It’s one in the bedroom and even though I’d leave my bedroom door open, super hot days, it didn’t cool down the living room as much as I’d like. Also, definitely need to replace the bathtub in building 117 apt 24. It’s stained very badly (from I guess whoever stayed there before me). The price and amenities are definitely worth it! The Gables of Brownlea is a pretty decent complex. However, when I go to visit my friend that lives there, there is ALWAYS big piles of dog poop near the steps and in the grass right in the front of the building. This is a constant problem that Eastern Property Management refuses to resolve.

The service was really fast, they inspected the water heater and found out it was faulty and changed it with a new one within the hour. From the report to the new water heater it took one hour. Very fast service the best I’ve ever seen. I thank Eastern Property Management for the fast response time.

I love the location of the apartments, but raising the rent after signing every lease is crazy. A room was supposed to be painted over a year ago, but I still have cracks in the paint on the walls. Maintenance sucks, instead of fixing another issue one guy just turned the machine off and now fast forward about 4 months later the drainage is all over the floor.

Absolutely worst experience over the last 2 years. I’ve lived in EastGate for 2 years now neighbors have been nothing but horrible. Walls are extremely thin you can hear everything! Upstairs neighbors stomp all day also allowed their dog to urinate over their balcony leaving urine to come down on my back door and walking area. When reported, nothing was done. Rent constantly increases with no explanation! My apartment has to be one of the few apartments that hasn’t been renovated, yet they continue to increase rent. When asked if I could transfer to a renovated unit due to rent constantly increasing to market price, I was told I’d have to pay additional fees such as a transfer fee along with another security deposit. Mind you, they are increasing rent to market price but my unit doesn’t lo
