The management has changed 4 times in the 2 years I have been here. They have over charged me on my rent 4 times. Management really sucks an it’s a dangerous area for kids. There so much violence after office personnel leave.please don’t move here if u have kids. No one watches there children. My kids have been assaulted several times even spit on. I made several reports to the office an 2 police reports. As poverty rises it’s almost unaffordable to live anywhere. I moved here from out of town for a new start. It has been a disaster. Be safe if u choose this complex I saw a stabbing in the building,there was blood from the second for all the way out the back door that was exposed for hours. They definitely need new management again. An lots of prayer over the ones that still reside the

I lived here for three months and it was honestly I can say the worst most frightening months of my life. I was attacked daily by the people who lived in these apartments. I lived in complete and utter fear. If you are a single woman do not go near this place you will be run out. I literally ran out of this place in fear leaving most of my stuff behind. Let me be clear I am now adding to this. It’s been over a year later and I still have PTSD from living in this dump. Let me be even clearer if you are white especially a white female DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! These people will attack you daily!!!!! They do not want white people here!!!

A big shout out to Lovelace, the best ever maintenance man. He always has a smile on his face no matter what. He is quick to respond to maintenance requests. The ladies in the office have been super nice as well.

They are not leasing, there's a 1 -2 yr waiting list. No one calls you back or ever in the office. Good luck

Beautiful apartments that managed by caring and dedicated staff. They are extremely helpful and diligent. Progress in the city!!
