Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I don't review often, but I'd suggest you avoid this vendor. Mr. Russo and his assistant, Jennifer, were particularly difficult. I scheduled an inspection and paid in advance, but when I called they were unable to confirm who the inspector was or when the inspection was scheduled to take place. I'd recommend avoiding this vendor. There are plenty of other firms out there.

My impression, an appraisal "mill", clear errors in a report that was prepared in a rushed manner. Only got the report after reminding them they had done the inspection weeks before. May have been around a while, but sure didn't demonstrate professionalism in the report prepared for me.
