East West Property Management

This will be my third year renting through East West. I’ve never had any issues regarding communication or maintenance issues being unchecked/being unresolved. I’m overall happy to be renting here and hope to stay at my apartment for years to come.

Overall I'm very happy with our experience with our rental thru East West Property. Frank, Brent, Cory and Customer Service have been great! Our Maintenance issues have been taken care of in reasonable time frames. In fact I love the fact that customer service calls you and gives suggestions in helping solve your issues. We have great neighbors too! In fact the children are very polite and respectful. They even hold the door open for you when your hands are full. 😊

Federico T. Is fantastic and needs a pay increase. Always friendly, respectful and very competent. Whenever I have a maintenance issue and I see him arrive I know it’s going to be taken care of. This property management company has been good. We’ve lived here for about a year now and signed the lease for another year. A big reason for staying is how well they respond to maintenance requests and the good people they have working for them from maintenance to office personnel. A++

I have been renting with East West for almost 3 years now and can say I am very pleased with their services. My landlord Ethan has been super helpful when concerns arise, and I receive quick responses to inquiries and maintenance requests. If he is not available, another staff member often responds and then passes the message along. The company does a great job communicating with its tenants (aka me hahaha)! Great option if you're looking to rent in the Duluth area :) Most recent maintenance request: Christina D, Frederico & Rocky responded to my maintenance request promptly and had wonderful, kind communication!

Chris Dingmann was our landlord during our time with East West. He was very professional, honest, and responsive as situations arose. He made our stay at our home very easy and consistent when updates were shared. Great service!
