East Tioga Lofts

My little family has been with East Tioga Lofts since 2023, we love it here. Ms. Felicia (bldg manager) is amazing, any issue I have she is rite on top of it. I haven’t had any real issues with my unit, the ones I did have that were within their control , maintenance and Ms. Felicia were rite on it on a timely manner. The location is perfect, close to a shopping and the bridges, minutes from downtown. I recommend this property if you’re looking for quiet, peaceful, modern apartment for a reasonable price.

Living at East Tioga Lofts has been such a great experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The property manager Felicia goes above and beyond to ensure me and other residents feel comfortable and supported — whether it’s handling maintenance requests promptly, keeping the property well-maintained, or simply being approachable and easy to reach. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated in property management, and it really makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience. Thank you Felicia!

I’ve lived in this area for the last 25 years, owned my own home. Empty nest now, so I decided to downgraded to an apartment and I have no complaints at all, nor regrets moving in this apartment. Everything is in good condition and transportation isn’t far because I don’t drive in Center City. Maintenance, if needed is always available and the manager Felicia is very welcoming and helpful and friendly. 5 ⭐️ for me.

The first thing I noticed was how quiet the building is. Literally everything is close. It’s a block away from aramingo, 15 mins or less from center city in the car. I worked with Janae and Ms Felicia they were so helpful. The prices are great and honestly I’m shocked for how nice it looks.♥️

If you dont mind a noisy neighborhood its fine. But the price they charge is very expensive for the “services” they barely supply it is slow and very low quality. Maintenance takes forever to respond and forget about getting in contact with the property managers they screen calls and respond back in emails with rude tones. 2 examples ive had leaks in the ceiling for over a year and one was “fixed” with wood glue the other we have yet to get a result.
