Lived here and ruined my life. Got addicted to drugs and lost everything. Neighbors are drug addicted and crude and you can tell it's a "fixer upper". Better than a motel truck stop but worse than anyplace with stable management

They raised up rent $100 which is dumb. It is disgusting and not safe. Alot of drugs going around and drug deals. I helped my boyfriend move out for this reason and it isnt worth the money you pay to live there and the management is horrible and never fix anything. Usually they make things worse instead of fixing stuff.

If I could give zero I would, nothing wrong with the appartment itself, its what you would expect from a place that's basic. Herzog on the other hand, worst property owners ever. Ive lived alot of places but they are by far the worst!
