East Shore Apartments

We moved in a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, there's a pool and fitness center and it's in a great location. The surrounding neighborhood is great to walk around. it's in walking distance of Cumbie's and Save a Lot and a six minute drive from tons of stores in Seekonk.

Nice quiet place. The only complaint I would have is that some of the building maintenance could use some attention. Nothing to do with the apartments but some smokers in the building. They drop memos by the doors but it is pretty ineffective in addressing the issue.

Hot water is a rare commodity around here. The laundry room would be decent if all the machines were functional most of the time. Maintenance is nearly non-existent. The neglect is tangible. If you can help it, don't move in here.

I've been living here for almost 3 years. The place is very clean, safe and quite. A nice and lovely place to live until you have to deal with management. They both Janet and Coney are the most rude and discourteous people to comumicate with. I have never had any decent conversation with management without them been rude.They make it so hard. If it wasn't beacuse management I would have given 5 start.

I have had the op portunity to reside in the East Shore Apts for approximately 10 years and I can honestly state that it is a great place to live. The area is very well kept. The Management office is friendly and always available to handle any request that may arise. Yes, it may be a bit pricey but you pay for what you get. My only concern is parking. Often come home to find parking utilized by visitors and new individuals assume the parking that long time residents have used resulting parking further from your home.
