Customer Reviews
Stopped by and met Brandy and Chloe — both were super friendly and welcoming. The team does a great job keeping the community feeling clean, organized, and inviting. Amazing!
Hey Please no live here or no lost your time to apply at this he’ll property. The management team is bad their system informatics who you use to apply is stupid and bad it’s not working. How can you explain the incompetence and non-operation of their application system to the apartments I made the application at least 4 times in a week with different emails and also used my roommate's account to make the application but unfortunately despite all his efforts we were unable to sign the documents online it does not work. A team of incompetents who only cancel your application on the grounds of non-signature while the main applicant has signed and the second cannot sign because of the non-functioning of their system
Just want to give an honest opinion about this place that I lived in for 5 years. The first year no complaints as soon as new employees and management came into office this place turned quick corner to being an awful place to live in. Maintenance enters your residence without leaving notice that they had been inside. They NEVER come and check appliances or air filters. I witnessed a maintenance worker just driving around on the golf cart with young girls around the complex having a grand old time. People party in the parking lot leaving broken glass all over the sidewalks making it very unsafe. The pool never works so don’t plan on swimming there anytime plus it was disgusting anyways. Kids bully kids on the playground that I wouldn’t even allow my kids to go there to play and there are co
Do NOT live here – unsafe and unlivable I had a horrible experience starting in January 2024. There was no heat, no hot water, mold in the carpet, and water leaks everywhere. I reported everything, but nothing was fixed for over two months. I ended up in debt because of this place. I had to involve the health department, and things even got violent when I tried to speak up. The management was lazy and unresponsive, and they clearly don’t care about tenants’ health or safety. Please don’t rent here. It’s not worth the stress, money, or risk. 🙏1
It's been 5 years since I moved into that hell and 3 since I was forced to leave. I went through 2 years of people dancing on my head. They told me when I moved in there was sound proofing between the floors. They lied or it's 1/8" thick. I begged, then pleaded, then, threatened, then made 135 videos and together with 3rd party documentation, to which they told me I had no evidence!! My children were little and scared to be in my home because of what went on upstairs there. I begged for help. Begged. I had friends, family, church staff, priests, teachers, therapist and nurses all ask what what was going on upstairs. I had pictures fall off walls, pot racks (100 lbs) swinging, and dishes rattling. They dropped me on my head at the end of covid with not enough time to move. I was homeless 10
