If I could live here forever I would!!! I’ve lived in so many different apartments in various states, and this is by far my favorite place. EPC’s location is fantastic as you’re close enough to the fun spots downtown from Brady street to third ward, but it has a residential feel. Management is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. The maintenance staff are always on top of requests. The place itself is always clean and they’re really quick about salting and shoveling in the winter. They truly care about the residents here! I’m so sad to leave but if I find myself back in Milwaukee, I’m for sure coming back to EPC!

We have been renting for 15 years (Milwaukee & Dallas). This is by far one of the best apartment management companies we have rented from (been here 4+ months now). From move in inspection & maintenance requests to general maintaining. They really care about the property and the management is great at informing you of things. They hire specific professionals for specialized jobs and the maintenance is quick and friendly. The management even trys to do some fun things too! The system for submitting requests is easy and overall it's above expectations (which is so rare these days)! I still can't believe they salt and shovel our steps 😮. EastPointe is a wonderful place to live. A real sense of community and a great staff. I couldn't be happier with Tom Perrich and his maintenance crew, always quick to respond to my requests with issues for my house. I highly recommend!

East Pointe Commons is one of the best complexes in Milwaukee!!! The units are spacious, clean, and come with a wood-burning fireplace on the top floor!! The office staff is incredible - I worked mostly with Jared and he is so kind and patient and truly cares about his tenants. I would recommend East pointe to anyone and everyone. Also, you can’t beat the location - 3 blocks from Brady st, 3 blocks from Lake Michigan, and 1 mile from the historic third ward!

Lived here for around 2 years, in both a townhouse and an apartment, both super spacious and beautiful, the park and the green areas are really well kept. The whole experience was great! Office and maintenance team are the best, they get things done quickly and with the best attitude. Location is also once of the best in the Lower East Side.
