East Liberty Place

My personal experience with this organization leads me to believe they are messy and don’t pay attention. Me and my wife who is severely pregnant were in a very bad housing crisis had reached out to them for a place. Upon calling they said they had a place available. Mind you I had mentioned multiple times about my wife being pregnant as well as put it in our application. We then at the very last minute found out that they have this ratio rule that she ( Housing Manager )overlooked on her part and we’re told about a week and a half before the set move in date and less than two weeks before our potential homeless date that we lcan’t move in. I’m not upset about the rule. I’m upset about the lack of communication and clarity on their part and their lackadaisical attitude and jokey demeanor

Decent place to live. Close to many nice attractions. Management is horrible though. People at that office treat tenants with such disrespect that based on that alone, I would simply recommend that you consider living somewhere else. They never answer calls, and when you take the time to go see them, they act as if you are wasting their time. When preparing to finish my lease, they never acknowledged my notice to vacate. When I went to see them to confirm, they were annoyed by my many letters. Have never seen this level of disrespect. Though this might be a low income residential complex, the real LOW is the quality of the management team.
