Don’t even think about getting your deposit back when you move out. They kept our $900 deposit and charged us an additional $1,300 because they decided (AFTER we’d already signed off on the move-out inspection) that the carpet needed to be replaced because of our cats. They told us at the inspection that the carpet looked like it was in good condition. Three days later, we get a bill for full carpet replacement. What?! Not to mention the cost of having the carpet professionally cleaned, which we were required to do per our lease. Our apartment was damn near spotless upon move-out (the only thing I didn’t get to was cleaning out the inside of the oven and replacing the drip pans on the stove). Imagine paying upwards of $2,000 in fees/loss of deposit for an apartment you left practically mov

Stayed here for a year. Only moved because I wanted a 3 bed and none of their current residents moved out. I never had any issues, anything that needed maintained was dealt with very promptly. I noticed someone complained about promptness of maintenance, they said they called the office. There is an app and ticket system and it lets you track the status. Regardless all the appliances were old and in good working condition, tbh they worked better than the new junk they put in new buildings. All in all a great experience. Super roomy and very fair priced.

I wish I had taken these reviews to heart when I read them. I figured they were disgruntled ex-renters, but nope. I lived alone, am clean and was charged over $900 for "repairs". There is a ridiculous 120 lease expiration "check in" they make you do, where they come in and inspect the condition of your apartment. A) never had that happen at any other complex. B) they actually said out loud that I had an older carpet they'd want to replace once I moved out and said that they would want to refresh the paint upon move out. They charged ME for that. They constantly want to be in your apartment, called me MULTIPLE times to show my apartment after I gave my notice. I declined, I was also out of town for part of it, so can't know for sure that they didn't enter without my knowledge. I was

I wish I have never signed a lease with these guys. I would not even refer this Apartment to my worst enemy. They call you several times till you sign the lease. Front office is a nightmare and signing the lease is like entering the dragon. They have charged me $1000 for repairs and $4000 for changing the carpet. Also, forget about the deposit amount, which is charged for painting. The unit was not painted, when I moved in and they said it was just painted before the previous tenant moved in and I said that ok. They always call you to show the unit for others and the maintenance persons were rude. Please refer to the attached photos and think twice before entering the lease.

I should have listened to the reviews. 0/10 will not recommend. I've lived here for LESS THAN one month and this complex is already a 1 in my book. Before I signed my lease, they told me (and in writing) that I owed $958.50 to move in. They called me and few days before I was set to move in and told me I could move in early. I jumped at the chance because I was ready to move in. When I was signing my lease, they said I owed $1,136. I asked why, and she said it was because I was moving in early. I said okay and then she called over Rachel and Rachel advised that because it was within 10 days, nothing had to change, so I paid $958.50 and got my keys. 4 days later I get a letter on my door saying I owe $177 for late rent plus $30+ for late fees. I ended up going to the office and they told
