There's over 30 stray cats that live under all mobile homes. There's too many, now my dog has ringworm that she caught from these cats. They just double in number or die of starvation or from the heat...and management won't get traps and trap one by one. This can pass from dog to humans at the blink of an eye, creating an epidemic.
No comment ,,waste of time ,,. Just had a bad experience ,maybe just a bad time to rent ,, either way multiple people were applying for one trailer and was not disclosed at the time 🤔 ,,so don't hand no one any fees unless you got reserved or a hold ,save yourself hassle and money
I called middle of the day and shes not in the office shes on the road. Knew of one lady selling her mobile home but didnt have her info. She told me to call back tomorrow.
This is an ok place to live , it's hard to apply because they have do many hopped to go threw to qualify to rent there
