As first time home buyers, my husband and I were a little uneasy and did not know where to start. Thank goodness for Robyn!!! She effortlessly guided us through the process. She carefully listened to our requests and provided wonderful advise when it came to choosing our first home. After much thought, we chose to build. Robyn accompanied us to our contract meeting, design meetings and meetings with the builder. She was very knowledgeable about material options for our home and caught important details that we would have missed. Not only is she a kind and attentive person, she made us feel empowered during this process of buying our first home.

The longer version: I was introduced to Robyn through a mutual acquaintance and asked her to help me find my perfect home 3 1/2 years ago. I was VERY specific. I wanted a 3+ bedroom modern style with an abundance of natural light, a master bedroom that could be pitch black (I do shift work), a game room large enough to fit two full-size poker tables, and a large outdoor area. It needed to be in a fairly safe neighborhood or have amazing security features. Robyn Kurpiel is absolutely wonderful! She was our teammate through the entire process and remains a good friend. We always felt like she wanted us to be happy in the long term and was never trying to pressure us into something that wasn’t going to be a good value or a good fit. In fact-just the opposite. She had concerns about one of the homes we were seriously considering and helped save us from making a big mistake. She was extremely responsive and available to us, even accommodating a last minute trip to town and planning a full day of showings with very little notice. We have referred her to others in our family and feel so lucky to have a realtor we can truly trust to recommend to others and to use in the future if we ever make a change. Robyn is the best!
