We contacted Ron and Jon because we were looking for a house designed to fit our lot with a focus on energy efficiency. As we found out, it was difficult/impossible to take the standard, cookie-cutter home designs most builders have and make a truly energy efficient home because there are so many variables related to the actual build site that come into play.
