This is an amazing company to rent from , my cousin needed a place and we had called so many places and it was always a run around .... Ms. Harris returned our call and worked with us step by step. Ms. Harris was understanding of our finances and was very honest , not to mention our application was put in and approved right away and the house was beautiful. .... It has been 2 years and Ms. Harris was still call to see if everything is going well at our house ..... Could not ask for a nicer more understanding landlord .

Ms. Harris couldn't have been nicer to me and my family when we rented a house from her. The house was move in ready, very well maintained. The few times I had to contact her I got a quick response. I highly recommend renting from her.

Professional, courteous, prompt, reasonable. They made renting easy. Whenever an issue with the house came up, it was dealt with very quickly, and every concern was addressed. I would recommend renting from them.

I too had to call the City Inspector because no repairs was done as promised, E. Harris didn't have a Certificate of Compliance & wasn't suppose to rent this house. After giving us a move in date, getting over $2200.00 but not bringing keys or lease until knowing we had movers waiting (a slick move) to get in, she send her maintenance man to conduct the lease agreement & bring keys, only to walk in with movers to a house not clean, not completely painted, bullet holes in the doors, windows nailed down, gas leak, busted shower head, trash in the backyard, electrical sockets hanging & uncovered, etc., to name a few. 2 months has passed, only 1 repair completed & now nobody answer or return calls. WARNING: Do NOT get involved with this Agency! She's all about getting $$$. I could NEVER be a S
