These are the worst apartments ever, they’re very unprofessional, never fixing things when need to be done, they will try to increase your rent every chance they get with no fixing to the problems. DON’T GET STUCK HERE

To the people that told the truth believe them please use your best judgment

Aylin is Amazing the only problem is the maintenance can barely fix any problems I have . Doors are falling apart, fridge light hasn’t worked , I’ve been here since end of May it’s almost August . The apartment is falling apart , there are lots of roaches . No one is answering the phone my bathroom is caving in from leaks upstairs. Idk I’m preety sad today

The lease agent Aylin Minjarers is great. She really show up with a smile and made sure that my sons places was ready. She stayed communicating with me and my son and always answer any questions I may have really and she is just a great person.

I recently moved here on April 2nd Aylin is the most respectful agent I’ve met.. she explained everything in detail and she’s a good listener. She made sure all my needs were meant I was also able to tour my apartment before I moved in so I could have an idea of what to expect.. thank you Aylin for being great
