Eagles Crest at Wallace

DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SOLDIER LIVE HERE. The apartment complex is complete with drug use and a high crime rate. Clarksville Police Department is on the premises at least once every two weeks responding to some type of domestic disturbance or drug related call. When I was residing here, they had a resident running a meth lab in one of the units and a person try to break into my unit. The staff are happy to have you renew your lease but extremely rude when time to move out. (Ms. Nakesha is great.... she is the exception). A majority of the units do not have centralized air conditioning nor in unit washer and dryers or dishwashers. The washers and dryers on site do not work. When I was deployed my unit flooded and they left my wet clothes to rot for 7 months in the bathtub. This costed me over

Been here about 3 or 4 months now still loving it!! Staff are amazing and immediately address any problem or concerns I've had. They work hard an Mr Jessy takes very good of the whole complex and pool. Grass is kept cut an premises is kept very clean. An they also care about the security of tenants an are very observant of trespassers and/or unwanted guests. You can't say that about some gated communities. I absolutely love being here I love my nice apartment the staff the pool an the whole place is peaceful and kept beautiful!!!

This is my first time living here and after meeting Mrs/Ms. Brenda I have to say she is the sweetest and most understanding person ive ever met. She is so kind and is always willing to make sure you are comfortable with where you are staying. 10/10 recommend these apartments if you are looking for a light and comfortable place to stay!

During my time living at Eagles Crest at Wallace, I experienced numerous ongoing issues that made my stay frustrating and stressful. Laundry facilities were out of service for months, forcing me to spend several hundred dollars at a local laundromat. My neighbors were visited by police multiple times, including an incident where a search warrant was served for narcotics. This made me feel extremely unsafe and constantly worried about break-ins to my vehicle or apartment. My AC worked poorly for nearly half of my lease, and while maintenance staff were polite and tried to help, the only “solution” offered was installing an outdated window AC unit.
