Mr Connifer should be a shamed of his self. This place hasn’t been taken care of for eight years that of been here it’s been nothing but problems trash everywhere and power washing has never been done it’s disgusting siding bulging. This company takes but doesn’t do anything for the good tenants that live here and respect their units. I’m appalled by this situation you go other affordable housing and they are well taken care of.

If you are looking for honest and trustworthy people I would seriously apply somewhere else. They told me on many occasions that since I was at the top of the waiting list finally after a few years, they had a place ready for me. They even went as far as to telling me the exact house number I would be moving into(#17&#107). They collected money for my background check and apartment inspection both of which i have not received back yet. So after 6 months of waiting and submitting many many documents my phone calls were ignore once my movie-in date came. Michelle was rude and asked “what was the rush now?” even-thought it was 18 days past the date they gave me to move-in. I moved in back in 2017, making me the 1st tenant in my beautiful apt. I love it here, it's truly home for me. In hard times they have worked with me and have addressed any issue I've had. The area is growing and now we have an awsome shoprite right next to us. I can only speak honestly on my experience! It's truly been a blessing 🙏🏼

I have been living there since they first opened and it wasn't as bad as it is now. The kids aren't being watched, they did pretty good damage to my mom's car, and the head maintenance hasn't fixed anything in our apartment. When we had a problem with our toilet's he came 3 hours later and told us to clean the water up and he only worked on the toilet. He never came back after that and when he's talking about you he likes to talk in spanish to others. I have witnessed this happen in our apartment when the manager was here and he has done that with others that live here.If they don't like you they treat you like trash. I gave a very nice review last year Boy how things have changed! There are a hand full of children both boys and girls who are totally destroying this property. They are breaking branches from all the beautiful young trees that are in bloom, destroying the dumpsters. Ringing door bells. Hitting vehicles with footballs and basket balls. Going into vacant apartments znd raising havoc. There is no parent supervision. They destroy signage and anything else they please. No one does a dam thing about it. I need to move. Would no longer recommend this as a nice place to live.
