Eagle Trace Apartments

My experience here at Eagle Trace has been great. From the moment I walked in our leasing agent Eva was very helpful and welcomed us with a big smile. We keep on renewing our lease because of how great her customer service is. I’d also like to thank John the maintenance guy for always being so courteous and helpful when taking care of our work orders. We really loved living here at Eagle Trace. The Eagle Trace team is simple amazing, even though this is a big community they show their pride and care for their community. Shout out to Sam, Eva, Laura,Mike, Luis and Lorenzo for making Eagle Trace a great place to cal home.

I had to move from the very south side of Vegas to the north side because the office I work out of moved and i didn’t want to spend so much time driving back and fourth to work. Eagle trace was the closest apartments to my new office. Eagle trace uses a third party company to review your application. They originally denied my application which made no sense as I have good credit, no criminal history and I met all eagle traces requirements but they would not change there mind, I was denied so I went to eagle traces office and talked to Jasmine. She could have looked and the denial email and just said too bad your denied but Jasmine went above and beyond to try and figure out why I was denied. Jasmine spent two days making phone calls and emailing back and fourth with the third party company

Thank you so much to the amazing Eva for making such a tedious and stressful process run so smoothly and efficiently. She’s truly made my experience as a first time renter incredible. The maintenance team is always working hard and do great. My 2 bedroom apartment was fully cleaned up and ready to go by the schedule time, pretty much everything looks brand nice.

I moved in last week and the process was smooth and easy. Only issue I had was cabinets are peeling (they are being fixed) and my heater wasnt working nor the hot water in my shower. They came the same day to fix the issue that I had. Jhona was amazing and so kind since day one. What I love about living here so far is the security at the front, its quiet, everyone has been kind. Check this place out. Well worth it!

My experience with Eva and Jhona in the front office was exceptional. I appreciate the quickness with my application process and the transparency I received from the both of them. I felt at home the minute I started walking with Eva for my tour. Her energy was super comforting for me and her responses to my questions were very detailed. Update 12/30/25: Just realized I couldn’t leave 2 reviews so this is just a continuation of an older review—shoutout to the maintenance team and Julian Magdaleno specifically for following through with my work orders efficiently and correctly. Haven’t had any severe issues, but even the smallest of things I request get done so I appreciate it greatly :)
