Eagle Rock Apartments II

Maintained weekly, some tenants are responsible for the trash but maintance cleans up after them. Quite most of the time with the exception of the occasional birthday party. Office staff friendly and direct, no BS fees. Security deposit was a little high for us, i dont like the idea of paying more based on credit. Animal friendly and some apartments are modern feeling. Only issue with indoors are the hardware areas, lights, AC, plumbing feel old.

They do not open the pool the have it here as if it is like a park they do not open it they only say we will open it on June and the never do

They are not up to date on some of their maintenance and have no respect for some of their tenants they have their (picks)so be careful when applying here . All they want is your money and they will find anyway on trying to keep your deposit thank you and have a nice day

They do not care for you or your family when danger is involved... I recommend no one to move there. The office manager is a fraud and scam artist watch out!

Very rude, very dirty, just a horrible place to live
