Eagle Rock Apartments at Mohegan Lake

I wouldnt let my worst enemy live here. From the empty promises, new monthly charges added, rent increases and communistic rules, you should run for the hills. The neglect by Sal at the front desk and the maintenance team led by Juan is a joke. Your rent will be raised significantly each year for nothing to show of it and just for your problems to be ignored. They are quick to take your money though don't worry. Also my current neighbor is a nuisance too. She is just nosey, lonely and miserable so I'm just thankful I dont live in her skin. A miserable karen who works as a lunch lady. Safe to say we are leaving this prison when the lease is up.

We have lived here for 5 years and cannot say enough positive things about this community. The maintenance staff is always attending to any need/issue with care and concern and always addresses our needs in a prompt manor. Since living here, we have noticed several ways they maintain the property and have made small amenity upgrades. We do miss the food trucks and ways they can create a more social community with events, but truly are so happy living here and wish we could buy/own ours!

My family and I just moved into Eagle Rock Apartments, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sal (Salvatore Cucullo), the assistant community manager. From the beginning, Sal has been helpful, kind and attentive. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free by walking us through everything, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt welcome. We really appreciate the way he has gone above and beyond to help us get settled in our apartment.

I have been her for 3 years and each year my disappointment grows, since Eagle Rock has taken over the complex has gone totally downhill. Very unhappy

I’ve lived at this property for about 7yrs. There is a strikingly noticeable change once Eagle Rock took over and everyone notices it. It’s always been a beautiful property with a lot of potential and the people who live here are great. There’s a real sense of community here. There’s a lot of kids of all ages and a lot of dogs too! The maintenance staff, who all chose to stay and work for the new owners, have always been fantastic. It’s a pretty small staff for this large property but they manage to consistently handle any and every request, and the occasional emergency, expeditiously with a smile and always go out of their way to help with anything I’ve ever asked. We’re very lucky to have them. The new property manager and sales manager have changed the whole vibe here. It now feels like
