We’ve had such a great experience with Eddie as our super. From the very beginning of our move-in process, he made everything feel smooth and stress-free. He was available to answer our questions, helped coordinate anything we needed, and made sure our apartment was ready and in great shape. Moving can be overwhelming, but having someone like Eddie there made a huge difference. Since then, he’s continued to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time we’ve had a question, a small issue, or even a random request, he’s handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the building and the people who live here. We really appreciate all the work he does and feel lucky to have such a reliable and kind super.

Cannot thank Eddie Toledo, the superintendent, enough for everything he’s done for us. We’ve been dealing with heat issues for over 4 years, but this is the first year that we no longer have an issue. He promised to fix it, and got it done. He’s personable and a hardworking gentleman, and if you need anything, he really does try his best to make it happen. During these snowy months, there have been plenty of times I’ve seen him taking care of things like salt and snow removal on his own. If anything has renewed faith in Eagle Rock Carle Place, it would be knowing that when we need help, he is readily there. I have been living in this Eagle Rock condo in Carle Place for 5 years, and over the past year and a half I’ve noticed the maintenance staff working harder than ever, especially during the recent snowstorms, helping to clean all the common areas. I truly want to thank the building superintendent, Eddie Toledo, for his outstanding work and all the effort he puts in alongside his team. Since the early morning hours, they have been ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the complex. Not only is he attentive during the winter with the snow, but he also responds to heating, water, and any issue that may arise inside my home. No matter the time, Eddie is always there to resolve my problem in a short time. It truly is a privilege to have Eddie and his team in my condo.
