Eagle Ridge

Been here less than a year. Safe area. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. There's plenty of guest parking, EV chargers and deliveries have been reliable. Lots of fun bird watching since Equalizer Lake and trail covers the north border of the complex. The city allows fishing at the lake too which is awesome. Being able to control the lights, door locks and thermostat from an app or Siri/Alex/Google is cool too. Not sure if it comes with all units but definitely go for the renovated one if you can swing it.

Living at Eagle Ridge is enjoyable but there are challenges. The site is well kept. The maintenance crew works hard to make repairs in a timely manner. My apartment is spacious and comfortable for a two bedroom. The rent is reasonable but could easily move to the more expensive cost depending on rent increases. The only concern is the on-site manager struggles with notifying the residents with big projects that interfere with use of the sidewalks. The latest required loud tractors working close to the apartments a number of days. The manager also struggles with dealing with difficult residents. Nevertheless for me Eagle Ridge is where I want to live and plan to stay for the future.

I have lived here for 6 years now, thanks largely to the outstanding management and maintenance staff who make me feel taken care of and at home. Always professional, responsive and efficient, they are kind and helpful people. This is a rarity in apartment living.

We love Eagle Ridge! The location is perfect, the grounds are gorgeous, and it's so nice to walk outside and have a beautiful lake right there. It doesn't even feel like we're living in an apartment complex because there's so much room and it's not too densely packed.

They bought this property and raised our rents so that we subsidized their financial “need” to buy Elise AI products that send us straight to a global data registry.
