Eagle Point Village

This was my first apartment after moving to Fayetteville Nc, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the pricing was both reasonable and consistent. The staff were always friendly and professional, and the community was well-maintained and clean. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere hearing children playing outside reminded me of the early 2000s. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood where I never had to worry about theft or property damage. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Caroline Goins, the leasing consultant, demonstrates a poor attitude and a noticeable lack of professionalism. As a representative of the property, she should communicate with tenants and prospective tenants respectfully and with courtesy. Her demeanor reflects negatively on the leasing experience, and she would benefit from improving her customer service skills. In contrast, Manager Miss Victoria Stitch and Assistant Manager Ms. Rosalyn Freeland are highly professional, attentive, and efficient. Their conduct reflects the standard of service tenants should expect. Aside from the concerns regarding Ms. Goins’ attitude, the property itself is suitable and comfortable for living.

The maintenence workers and staff are very welcoming and responsive to any issue or concern i have had and Eric who works in maitence has always been so helpful and pleasant. This property is one I can confidently say I dont have to worry about having my son here its veru family friendly and peaceful

Staff are friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like you're a part of a family. Grounds are clean and safe. The maintenance team reaponds quickly to requests and that is commendable. 😊😊

I was very pleased with the speedy response from the maintenance team here at Eagle Point Village. Not only was my issue resolved quickly Mr. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, kind and polite. Paul is also very helpful and they both always greet you with a smile. I want to also mention my lovely ladies in the front office, very sweet very polite I am blanking on their names but I call them the faces of Eagle Point Village. You are greeted and treated with respect every time you walk into that office. Overall a really good team, somethings are outside of their control but they try to communicate and respect the residents and I appreciate that.
