1 out of 4 of the ladies were very rude in the leasing office I will be reporting to corporate of how badly I was treated. They never answer their phones either. I don’t recommend anyone to go to the dark skinned lady with the short bald haircut. Try to avoid her she doesn’t know how to talk to people and look down at you with disgrace. Treat people the way you want to be treat and humble yourself.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Geann greeted us warmly and guided us where we needed to go. Mary was incredibly patient and kind with my elderly, forgetful grandmother - never rushing her, answering every question, and treating her with so much care. Ayana made lease signing just as smooth, taking her time and answering all follow-up questions. Thanks to Geann, Mary, and Ayana, my grandmother is now happily settled in her new home, and I have peace of mind knowing she's in great hands. Excellent service all around!

This affordable housing community like many others is run by Humphrey Management. They are known for terrible service and no one answers any of their phones. If you do get an associate, they'll hang up on you. I'm not sure who they are building these homes for, but I'd love to know if they're actually helping low income families.

I am homeless and really need this place, I have called, emailed, messaged and filled out the online application and no one has responded. As the person said before me, who are you actually building these homes for if you aren't answering anyone calls.
