Eagle Nest Apartments

When I was staying here the people in the office are rude and do not care about their tenants, especially the darkskin manager; she always has a attitude. I decided to drop my son off at his bonus dad house 1-2 days ago and this is when they stated I couldn't be on the property because I owed a balance which is incorrect, somehow the apartments have no way to check if the balance is paid in full. In addition I told them that the balance was paid then they move on to harrass the occupant stating he had unauthorized occupants in his apartment. I called today to speak with office and Tori answered, Tori has a attitude as well ;please hire better front office associates. If you guys are going to accuse someone of having unauthorized occupants please have proof, You guys do quarterly inspe

They kept my $300 security deposit I put down for an apartment, I wasn’t able to move in due to me having health issues while pregnant! I advised them of this and they didn’t care at all. If they treated me this way before even becoming a tenant. I could only imagine how they treat actual tenants.

This is a pretty nice apartment complex. We have been in a 2 bed/2 bath apt since March 2023, and have not had any issues with anything besides a couple small ones. When we moved in, the apt was real clean, repainted, in good shape, and ready for us. We have a nice view from it too. The maintenance men are real friendly and quick to fix things. A few tenants do litter a bit, but its not out of control like other places, and maintenance is quick to clean it up. The manager and one of the 2 leasing consultants are very nice and professional, but the other is pretty rude. Besides that it's a pretty nice complex, nice location, and isn't too expensive either.

I live in a 1 bed/bath and we have a great view and wonderful amenities. The apartment is great and we've lived here since February 2023. The staff is wonderful and maintenance has been good, even on the small things have been great. We're happy here. Oh and by the way the pool is great and the grounds are maintained well. Could use better fans and light fixtures are dated . Other than that it's beautiful and well worth the cost

RUDE LEASING CONSULTANTS!!! If you want to move out here. PLEASE DON’T!! I have been living here almost 3 years and I’ve paid my rent on time, don’t bother maintenance, nor am I a loud or crazy tenant but the way this new office staff has treated me I am highly disappointed. My first interaction with Kenyatta Watkins was absolutely HORRIBLE! She was VERY VERY rude to me. I just wanted to swim with my son and she told me to leave because my son was not on my lease which was an error on the leasing offices fault because he is my kid and I added him to my application. She demanded that I left because of this and she called security on me and did this in front of everyone at the pool. It was very unnecessary and this was a mistake on their part!
