APARTMENT SCAM ALERT!! Despite what I was told, an apartment was not available at the time I gave my deposit (back in October). My move in date was supposed to be December 1st; I was concerned with the lack of communication and had to find a new apartment, because Eagle Hill wouldn't tell me my new address. A little over a week before my move, I explained my concern to them about not receiving my address yet- still nothing. Around 5pm December 1st, they send me an email with apartment information. In other words, they waited until I found housing elsewhere to send this information. They do not intend to rent to people, they just collect the deposits. They say they have an apartment for you and then don't tell you what apartment that is. Of course you don't want to be homeless, so when you

Moved into a unit that was not move-in ready and had an active roach infestation with sanitation issues present at move-in. Management’s response was limited and did not resolve the problem. Code Enforcement inspected the unit and issued a report to management noting concerns. Instead of addressing the issues or offering a reasonable solution, management pressured for rent and threatened eviction. Very stressful experience. I recommend thoroughly inspecting the exact unit before signing.

Worst apartments ever!! 0/10. They don’t fixed emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner, everything requires an online request no matter how urgent it is. Corporate ain’t worth a damn they dont care they just want your money. If you looking for apartments PLEASE SKIP THIS COMPLEX AND COMPANY!!

There’s not an option to leave zero stars or no stars. I have been living here for the last three months. There has been multiple complaints. I have been put into about my unit. I recently found out that I possibly have mowed on my kitchen ceiling and on my kitchen counters underneath. Once I notify Josh the manager, he disregard my concerns. And then I made a complaint about a broken tortoise seat in. Josh told me that it’s my responsibility to replace the tortoise seat. I did discuss with him. It does not end my lease that states that is my responsibility to pay for any maintenance issues it is the owners responsibility, which are the leasing department to replace any damage. First off if I could give this establishment 0 stars and the person running it would be negative zero.. I lived there for 5 years and it was disaster. I was put in the pest control book every week for ROACHES and they were still there ! The bug man only would come spray in the kitchen and leave. Not to mention for two months I had a water bill over $500 because the leak from toilet was never fixed. I constantly put in work orders just for the maintenance team to come and NOT fix the problem. The rent goes up every year and the crime is ridiculous. People are always fighting, dealing drugs, and not to mention last year it was a murder that happened on property in my building!
