Eagle Heights

I lived at Eagle Heights for a year, and it was an amazing first-apartment experience. When I first moved in, the only unit available was a two-bedroom. The property manager Stephanie Parker was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the start, and as soon as a one-bedroom opened up, they made the transition smooth and easy for me. I had the chance to live in both layouts, and both were great.. spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though I missed the extra closet space from the two-bedroom, the one-bedroom was still surprisingly roomy with plenty of storage. I always felt safe here, the community was quiet, and the staff was easy to reach and very supportive. There was one time my A/C stopped working in the two-bedroom during the winter, and Stephanie handled it quickly, she provided

My family and I have been living here for over a year and we love it! The ladies in the office, Tanya and Stephanie are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and have become like family to us. The office and staff in general are very quick to respond to any problems or concerns. It’s nice that maintenance issues are addressed in a speedy manner which can be rare with apartment living. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the building and area is very safe, which was so important for our family. All in all, it’s been a wonderful experience living here.

I love living here. I've been there for a year with no problems. They get things done quick. Yes they have rules just follow them. If you want reserved parking it's 30 dollars more. It might be expensive but with all bills paid it ain't bad. Stephanie is the best manager and will work with you. Michael Cathy is just a rude person that might not follow rules well. Remember this IS a apartment . If they have rules respect it or don't move there if you can't be consider it towards others.

Absolutely love Stephanie and Jenna !! Love the whole staff here . They are friendly and are quick to respond to the needs of the tenants. The apartments and grounds are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice place to live in Pleasanton . You will not be disappointed .
