Eagle Creek - Jones Homes USA

This is our 5th new home build. By far the best construction, quality and craftsmanship compared to all the others which include Hour homes, Minto, Lennar, Taylor Morrison and Toll. Our CM/project manager is top notch and by far the best build yet.

My and wife have never experienced such a rude sales consultant. We were actually impressed with the quality of a Jones home. The sales consultant would not let us walk around and look on our own. Meanwhile We've bought dozens of homes throughout our lives. So we know what we're looking for we also know what quality to look for . We also know what questions to ask. She blocked us would not let us walk through the house. Unless she gave us a guided tour, we just said. Are you gonna leave us alone? So we can look around and come and ask you questions. She said I'm sorry, can't do that. We have to walk with you and tell you about the quality of everything as you walk through. So we left and went crossed the road 15 yd away. And there were other model homes from a different builder. It is

Upscale, tastefully-designed community with wonderful amenities. Residents are friendly and respectful of the grounds a d property. Clean. Meticulously manicured landscaping.

Buyers beware! Luxury homes price tag with poor craftsmanship and low quality. Forced and rushed into closing to an unfinished home. No quality assurance on finishings of the house. I have closed on new homes twice before, and by far Jones Homes is the worst experience. After closing, horrible customer service in the warranty department. They do not address the issues and instead lie or find a justification to avoid fixing the problem. Apparently they have a repairs budget they cannot exceed. They ignore issues until your one year warranty period is ready to expire. That’s when they try to convince you that the issue is not a valid one. I don’t blame the poor representatives facing the customers as they’re the ones dealing with the unsatisfied customers. At this point I sincerely belief

The repairmen Jose and Weller were very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job repairing the floor tile in the living room area.
