I truly love my apartment! The location is convenient, and the area is quiet, relaxing, and feels very safe — even when coming home late at night. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Anytime you have an issue, it’s taken care of right away, and I really appreciate getting an email once the job is completed — that’s a big plus! It’s nice to know things are handled so quickly and professionally. This place truly feels like home.

The apartments are in a good location and appear decent on the outside and the area seems relatively safe and it’s a small community but the 1 bedroom unit viewed was ran down and old. The carpet had furniture markings throughout with no attempt at being removed. There was a tear in the kitchen tile which was raising. Also, I opened the fridge and the smell could’ve killed a cow. The cabinets were very worn in both the kitchen and bathroom and the washer/dryer connections were filthy and the tub area unclean. With the high cost of rent you can certainly find a better community w/updates. Also, the 🌈 Manager is rude and noticeably difficult.

Tori explained everything thoroughly and professionally. She was very friendly and gave me a great impression. The unit was a very nice welcoming area that I was certainly pleased with.

Submitted Sunday and maintenance was here Monday morning 9:15 and much appreciated because my sink/garbage disposal had backed up and the smell was ugly. Thank you for the courtesy of knocking before you entered and we appreciate you for that.
