The apartments are nice and the complex is quiet. We really enjoyed living here and enjoyed our interactions with the management until we moved out. We followed the move out instructions to the "t" and left on good terms, but after moving out we received notification that our security deposit (about $300) would be kept and an additonal bill for over $200. These fees were for items including painting of the apartment, cleaning, etc. Just as a warning fresh paint in each apartment is used as a selling point but you will be the one paying for the paint job for the next tenant. We left our apartment very clean, but we're still charged for a professional cleaning. The maintenance company used to inspect and repair the apartments after moving out is owned by the same person that owns the apart

Went to your these apartments hoping they resembled the pictures. Sadly it did not at all... I asked about move in dates which was super quick they're charging a $300 admin fee, a deposit and then first month's rent. All to move into the apartment. Please don't make the same mistake I made and drive 45 minutes you'll be disappointed

I will start by saying the apartments are beautiful and wonderfully priced. The girl who gave me the tour was fantastic (i never saw her again). However, it went downhill from there. In the 2 years i lived there i paid my rent every single month (one time i was late due to being out of town) and never caused any major issues. When i complained about ants they shrugged their shoulders. When i complained about MOLD in the front closet (found out the people next door to us were having the same issue) they sent someone in with Clorox spray and paper towels and told us to start opening our windows more often (it was February!). Then, one day in May i was opening the window (because that is what i was instructed to do) when the blinds in the front window fell on me. I still have a large scar on

10/10 would recommend to anyone. The accommodations in the units and attentiveness of the employees with communication really holds this property together. You couldnt ask for a better management team. Clean. Quiet. Safe. And I’ve never had a problem with parking. Being in a world where I’ve been moving place to place, this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever had in any city. Worth every penny.
