E AND A REALTY INVESTMENTS

My husband and I have been working with Ericka for a year and a half almost now. They worked together in the Navy years back. What started off as a great investment turned into her just flat out taking our money. She has refused communication now. She owes us thousands of dollars. She tells us some sob story about how she fell on hard times and will give us some money soon and the day comes and she never comes through. We aren't the only ones either she has done this to. I'm unsure what happened to our money, but I know we will never see it back. Caution when working with her on any level.

I would not recommend dealing with Ericka Cook or her referral partner Lorenzo Ferguson to anyone. They did nothing but stall and make excuses, wasting everyone's time. They created more problems than solutions and only added to the stress. Took so much time to sign a contract, just to not go through with it.

BEWARE!! DO NOT invest with this company (Ericka). You won't get your money back. What you will get is nothing but excuses and sob stories. After almost a year of dealing with her broken promises of payback, I've accepted that I'll never get my money back.

Was reached out about how they receive "reports" that I am looking to sell. I asked where they get these reports from and the person refused to answer. I asked because I have no been trying to sell. This alone feels sketchy and should be reported. Will looking into finding out the proper steps of why this company would reach out to me out of the blue.
