Rent at risk. I give one star because the maintenance guy and Hope are nice. Very unprofessional management though. They only communicate to collect rent which is raised frequently with no updates of anything. The building is old and the laundry room is a joke. My first bad experience was a gas leak in the building that lead to every tenant being locked out for 4 days. Management was unreachable. They never communicated why the building was closed and didn’t bother asking if temporary placement was needed. My next experience was 3 bathroom ceiling leaks that eventually lead to the ceiling falling in and again they didn’t ask if I needed temporary placement or a rent adjustment. They replaced the ceiling and did a poor paint job. They haven’t attempted to replace my soaked carpet or correc

Ms Hope and Tabitha are pretty nice ladies in the office .However, whomever the property managers are who own those buildings are the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. The windows are very old and they refuse to replace mine when I have cold air seeping in . The maintenance are horrible they do not come in a timely fashion and I’m currently waiting on a simple repair that I’ve put in over a month ago . Also the laundry company they utilize are absolutely horrible it’s taken 3 months for coin collection after numerous calls have been placed and complaints been put in . I’ve also sent an email regarding my concerns and it was never addressed just poor service from the owners . I definitely do not want to renew my lease here !!!. The laundry area stays nasty never clean in there. Overall

2weeks in car vandalized in parking lot, 10 months into lease tow company contracted by management seize my car from assigned spot, saying that I didn't notify them.. Wrong.....Was told it's my fault... For parking in my assigned spot... OK... Reconsidering

This place is awful and a scam. There are no security cameras there I lived there for 4yrs had my car broken into an seen 5 other cars get broken into. I’ve had people try to brake in thru the windows 3 times. I ask if we could put bars up they said it wouldn’t look right to the other customers????. They take 2 months to fix ur problems for the unit and the best part is you have to e mail them every 3 days so they can actually answer you. For any one that lives in hazel crest 171st you guys need to sign a petition to have that place with more security and safety good luck!!!!!

I have been leasing a unit from Dynasty properties since October 2018. I recently made a maintenance request to repair my doorbell that stopped working. A family friend who is an electrician, looked at the doorbell and told me that the amp that the doorbell require replacement, as it was not strong enough, and had died. I put in a maintenance request to have the doorbell repaired and was told that my doorbell could not be repaired mind. The amp only cost $35. I work from home and I have a lot of deliveries that are related to supplies and materials that I need from my job in order to do my daily activities for work. I have been missing a lot of packages because FedEx and UPS require signature and by me not having a doorbell. I often miss when they knock on the door because it’s a two-story
