We can’t say enough good things about the team at Dynamic Homes for helping us make the vision for our basement build come true. Taylor, DeLayni and Gary were all instrumental in creating a warm, comfortable, friendly & fun setting for our enjoyment. It was not an easy build. We had a very specific look and feel we were going for and they made it happen. The attention to detail was fantastic. Communication was great. Vendor issues were always handled to our satisfaction. We could not be happier. From beginning to end they were the consummate professionals. Highly recommend the people and the work.

When my Husband and I built our new home in 2018, we chose Travis Tucker w/Dynamic Homes as our builder. Travis definitely made it a good experience with good communication, listening to our needs/desires, and good workmanship!! So this year when we decided to add a pergola over our patio we called Travis. Again he did not disappoint - definitely pleased with the product. They were very flexible with our budget, great at communicating and were great with the time line. I would highly recommend working with them for any type of new construction or remodel. We closed on our Dynamic built home 3/31/2022, While the design and build phase did take time we had the house built exactly the way we wanted. Houses being built by other builders in our area have been taking as long or longer than ours.Travis and Delayni were always accommodating to what we needed and Taylor’s finish work looks amazing. We had built a home 12 years prior and the builder we worked with was not nearly as willing to accommodate custom designs and finishes. Our new home is solidly built with many custom features, dual water heaters, twin HVAC systems, and gorgeous quartz countertops. As a builder they went above and beyond in several areas without us knowing: we got matching quartz benches in all the bathrooms, extra insulation between bedrooms, and beautiful metal banisters
