I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with 2B Living Property Management. In my experience, communication was inconsistent and dismissive, especially after both of my vehicles were towed. I raised legitimate questions about parking enforcement and signage, and instead of providing clear documentation or attempting to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly shut down and told the matter was “closed.” What concerned me most is that the legal tow signage being relied upon was not present at the entrance or parking area where my vehicle was parked at the time of the tow. After my vehicle was already towed, signage was later referenced and presented as if it had been in place beforehand, despite it not being visible or posted where I parked. This created serious confusion and fel

See edits at the bottom for the latest -- Landlord response is correct that these comments apply to prior management. We'll see what improves under the new management On the 22nd of the month, we're told that the online payment system will be replaced and July payments need to be made physically (since online payment is just a "convenience"). This could have been done after July 4th, when all payments should have been collected and residents would have had almost a month to set up payment in the new system, but they chose to provide 6 business days notice and state that there won't be exceptions for late payments. Unfortunately, getting a physical check may take some time if it has to be mailed because your bank doesn't have physical locations and they won't accept personal checks. Addit

I moved in a few months after this complex was acquired by Trion and it was my first apartment! We toured quite a few places in the Fremont area, but Jessica was the most helpful and responsive property manager. We moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom unit and the process wasn’t bad at all! We definitely enjoy the townhome units a lot more than our old unit. It’s a lot more private and the layout makes it feel bigger than it actually is. If I ever put in a maintenance request, it is reviewed and scheduled promptly. Whenever I have questions, Jessica answers pretty quickly. I like the finishes and the wood floor selections a lot! I’m excited to finally be able to use the gym hopefully soon. The walls and floors are quite thin but moving into another unit has helped with that issue. Ove

Most apartments are newly renovated but pls look elsewhere instead of coming here. I am not one to leave bad reviews but overall my experience was so bad that I don’t want anyone else to go through this. Don’t plan on getting your deposit back as you’ll be told it has been mailed out several times with no ETA. I moved out in Jan and now it’s May and still haven’t gotten my deposit back. Claudia is super aggressive and she will then tell you she isn’t the account department so not her problem. She will then give you the number to her boss Joshua, who will also not help in anyway. So all in all stay away, new place but bad management.

Pros: The renovation looks decent. Price is ok for Bay Area. Cons: The walls are very thin, neither of my rooms ever got closet doors, my heater never worked and they came to fix it twice but still were not fixed. My laundry was supposed to be under the stairs but was moved to the kitchen and I only found out about this when I moved in which took a lot of space from my kitchen. The train next door doesn't help with noise.
