Dyersdale Village Apartments

WoW I have been living here an knowing about these apartments for over 12 years. What I can say about my experience here these are one of the best apartments you can live in. MS,DAISY IN MS,SANDRA are the best and now we have a new addition to management MS,CHELA They care about their tenants. If I call the office for something that needs to be repaired. Someone is at my door no more than ten to twenty minutes my neighbors are the best. We look out for one another. Yeah, it's not one of the newly built apartments.\n But in a way, they're better🧡💛🤍

My Aunt stayed there until her siblings pooled their money and rescued her and paid for breaking the lease. Conditions here are deplorable. Do not be fooled by pictures on Website Raw sewage surfacing in yards and green spaces around complex complete with odor of human feces and used toilet paper..Unchecked rat infestation and german roaches regardless of how clean you keep your unit. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Ms. Sandra is awesome!! She's nice,very professional and funny 😁. I would definitely recommend these apartments. They are quite clean and the staff is top tier.

It is very quiet at night. Courtesy patrols the property and curfew is 9 pm and enforced. Great place to live for the price!

Mrs.Sandra was very nice and also she’s a very good mama and manger and Mrs.chela is very nice and so sweet
