I lived at Heatherwood Apartments in Madison, TN for three years. This was my first apartment, and I tried to extend grace where appropriate, especially during the transition in management. Unfortunately, conditions declined significantly after the property was taken over by Dyer Management. The property is poorly maintained. Trash regularly accumulates around the complex, leaves are left piled up, broken steps go unrepaired, and lights in the breezeways frequently do not work. While tenants are responsible for some cleanliness, there is little to no visible effort from management to maintain the property overall. Maintenance response times are consistently delayed. It's the worst leasing company. 1619 hanover st, Murfreesboro Tennessee. A month after I moved in the AC went out during a heatwave and they gave me the option of moving out rather than fixing it. It took them a week. I could write a novel about these slum lords. Get it together! Take responsibility for your business! This is so sad.

Finishing up a stay now with 5 other friends at the lofts at 107 in nashville Our parents weekend away was drastically let down by dyer management. There's been trash inside the entrance off 2nd Ave since we got here Thursday. The entire building smells of sewage. There is actully something growing inside the kitchen area from the ceiling down the brick. The floors and windows and everything else have never been cleaned. The place is disgusting. 2nd ave is completely shut down and your woken up every morning to construction crews and jackhammers. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM. Stay elsewhere !!!

I stayed at The Viewpoint Condominiums with my family and it was so beautiful! The view was stunning, it was right off the main Pigeon Forge strip, and Dyer Management was a very responsive and helpful host! We will definitely be back!

The worst property management team I’ve ever dealt with in my life. First time I had a problem with them was because all 5 properties they are “managing” on my street the grass was 3’ tall. I called and left them a message asking if they needed help finding someone to do it. Never heard back. Biggest problem is my A/C unit went out 3 weeks ago. I’ve contacted them several times about it. The only result I’ve gotten was an eviction notice telling me they are taking me to court. It’s been consistently 85 degrees in my house. That’s with me running 4 big fans and a portable a/c unit that I went and bought. Uninhabitable living conditions. The pic included is there office that no one was at on a weekday. Literally use any company besides this one!
