Dwelling Place Properties, LLC took over management of my building and conditions have significantly worsened since. Essential services are unreliable and basic habitability issues remain unresolved despite repeated complaints. Ongoing problems include: Frequent loss of heat and hot water Recurring plumbing backups with sewage coming up through sinks A broken refrigerator that was provided with the apartment and has not been replaced A broken front door with inadequate lock/key replacement A non-functioning elevator in a 6-story building Many of these issues are recurring, building-wide, and have been reported multiple times.
