Lived here for 5 years and had nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff is always extremely helpful and looking to enhance your experience here. Only leaving the apartment because I need more space but this is a perfect place for single people and small families. The area is being developed as well. Happy to see Dwell is doing the same!

Jennah has always been AMAZING since our first encounter on the phone. She went over and beyond to ensure I had everything for a smooth move-in. Even the new property manager Paul is amazing. If you are looking for a great place and family oriented place to live don’t hesitate to reach out.

One of the worse apartments ever. Roach and bug infested. The leasing office doesn’t handle things well as far as community problems. Loud neighbors they won’t do anything about it. Be careful before you move here. They have new people all the time and the maintenance people barely speak English so it’s hard to communicate.

I helped my mother move in over here and I can truly say I feel she will be safe. It’s a well gated and secure community. The neighbor is very nice they even had a bonfire with free food and great vibes. The management staff was great and helpful. Special thanks to David he walked her through each step and also followed up. His customer service skills are impeccable. Blessing to all and I pray we all have a great year.

Always thoughtful of their future and prospective tenants. Their current tenants they're always looking to take care of and one of the best places to live!
