I gave a two star because the property manager is no help and she is very rude and will only help her race. She mean it was better without her being there. I like the old management better. They was nice and they help and will talk to you.

My original post below: I love my neighbors I am a college student plus a working professional and I cannot WAIT for our lease to end. I am in building 12. I've never lived in such filth in all my life. I've been looking for nice condos in Decatur and downtown Atlanta that are cheaper and wayyyy nicer. Most of the apartments in this neighborhood at least have security gates, the Dwells do not. Garbage is everywhere on the property. There's mold growing in our bathroom. My neighbors (who are elderly with disabilities and been residents for almost 13 years) have mold growing in their bathroom as well. I

There have been issues since we moved in HOWEVER they are very quick to respond and fix them! I have loved the apartments ever since I chose them and I still do!! They are very affordable and family friendly! Constantly having “get togethers” for the community and offering things like job fairs and hosting summer activities. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE APARTMENTS! The leasing office is also amazing and very friendly! Love jazzy she is so welcoming and answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot lol)

This is a great community to live in I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and love it here. Soledad and jazzy are very knowledgeable and Yashira the community coordinator is very supportive to the community. We have different events here throughout the year that helps with community building. The property is beautiful and our pool is 10ft deep !!

I love this community! They have great amenities. Spacious apartments but a huge plus is the resident events throughout the year for adults and Children. They also have a teen mentorship program and a women support group I’ve gotten the privilege to volunteer with Yashira the community coordinator and her team for events and it has been such a blessing. She is dedicated to her community! The office staff is very friendly welcoming This community is truly a gem
