Had a property listed that was perfect for investors. Received 20 offers. I am so leary of investors. Especially the ones that do not view the property prior to submitting an offer because after acceptance and during the due diligence period they almost always renegotiate the price. I did not want this to happen since the sellers were 3 siblings that just lost their father. I made calls to ask about these investors. Got raving reviews on Duval. Owen did view the property prior to submitting their offer. Accepted Duval's offer. Still leary something will come up during the processing. Everything went smoothly and we closed.
