We hadn't even committed to using Dustin yet as our realtor, yet he went out of his way to research some property tax discrepancies for us to try to save us some money on our property taxes, even came around and notified our neighbors of the discrepancy to try to save them some money too, even though he wasn't making any money from doing that favor for folks.
