Durrington Ridge

I have lived at Durrington Ridge for just over 2 years. Of course, we decided to move here because the apartments are newer and beautiful inside. The grounds are very well maintained and it is convenient to many places in San Antonio. Over the years of leasing apartments myself, I have discovered that it is also equally important to have a leasing staff that hears you and responds to you as well as a maintenance crew that actually knows how to troubleshoot and repairs things. I found that at Durrington Ridge. Julia Bonilla who is the Assistant Community Manager, has been awesome. She is professional, friendly and gets back to you as quickly as she can. I personally appreciate that from a renter's point a view!

I had a tour with Julia and she was amazing! I think she’s the manager…if not she should be 😬She was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything and made sure I understood all the details without feeling rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoys what she does. She made a great first impression of the property!

Sal is the template of professional management and hospitality. Durrington Ridge is in better hands now, followed by a great staff. The maintenance team also deserves credit for the outstanding job keeping our community beautiful. Excellent job everyone. 5 stars 🌟

I had a great experience at Durrington Ridge Apartments. The team here truly goes above and beyond. Sal, the Community Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. He makes everything feel seamless. Julia, the Assistant Manager, is always professional, prompt, and ready to help with anything you need. The leasing team, Rosa and Siboney, were amazing as well. They were friendly, patient, and made the entire touring and leasing process smooth and stress-free. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel confident in choosing this community. Overall, the customer service at Durrington Ridge is exceptional. Highly recommend!

I’m moving to San Antonio from Boston in late May and was so excited about the move—until I started calling apartments in the Stone Oak area. Since my move-in date was still a bit early for availability, most places I contacted were honestly short and rude, which was really discouraging. Durrington Ridge was already on my list because of how modern it looks and its convenient location near the highway, making it easy to get to work, downtown, and the airport to visit my parents.
