I used to love living here… and then RPM took over as management. Now you only deal with machine automated voicemails when you call (even during business hours). No matter how urgent the matter and if you leave a voicemail they NEVER return your call. They switched how we pay rent and now charge $25 more of a processing fee. Duplex village was a million times better when it was under Three Points Properties.
DO NOT MOVE HERE OR EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY APPLYING HERE. THE PLACE LOOKS TRASHY ON THE OUTSIDE. THEY ONLY TOOK PICTURES OF THE OUTSIDE MAKE YOU THINK ITS A NICE APARTMENT. ITS A TRASHY HOUSE IN A BAD AREA. I WILL BE REPORTING MANAGEMENT FOR FALSE ADVERTISING
