I’m taking a moment to give a huge shout out to Minerva from the front desk property management team. As a resident, I truly appreciate the exceptional service she consistently provides. She goes above and beyond in every interaction and leads with compassion, empathy, and genuine care. Minerva is incredibly communicative and reliable, always keeping me informed with timely updates and making sure nothing is overlooked. What really stands out is her attentiveness and follow through she listens, takes action, and ensures quality service every step of the way. It’s staff members like this that truly make you feel like you’re in great hands. I’m so grateful to have Minerva and staff members like her making sure everything runs smoothly they truly make living here a better experience.

Everything about these apartments gets an A+. The community is full of cool people, especially the leasing office. Minerva has been my agent from day 1 and she definitely reflects the character of the community and its management well with her warmth and helpfulness. If you're reading this and are thinking of living here, then definitely move in, especially if you're a chill person. If you're not a chill person, then still come on over and it'll probably rub off on you hopefully. If you don't know what a "chill" person is then come to our hood and find out.

Jeri was incredible! She gave us the warmest welcome and made the entire tour feel easy, exciting, and stress free. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood every detail, which made us feel so confident in the property. Her positive spirit and professionalism made such a difference I honestly almost signed a lease right then and there!

Has roaches. Neighbors smoke weed, our apartment also smells like it. Maintenances closes out tickets without working them if anything is broken. The office always has an attitude (except for Mrs. Jerry) and they don’t answer their phone calls and says to email them, no email listed on their website or residence app. Costco back gate can’t be used for entry, every other month the main gate is broken and left open for people to come in to steal your tires. Been dealing with it for 2 years. RUN!!! Just look other places.

So grateful for Minerva! She truly is a rockstar and helped my Husband and I moved from California to Houston, TX seamlessly. We literally had so many consistent questions & all she had for us was consistent patience, consistent kindness and consistent answers in the most accommodating way ever! Minerva went above and beyond and we wouldn’t be living here at Duo without her guidance. Thank you, Duo and even more so, thank you Minerva!!!
